Important Things You Need To Know Before You Fill Out The Form:

**Only the first 250 girls will attend - there will be no acceptions

1.  $5 is the cost of the event, payable at the door - not before

2.  T-shirts will be available for $10 each at the event.  Please choose size and quantity below.  The shirt will be pink with white letters and crown - see picture at right.

3.  If you want confirmation that we received your registration, please include your e-mail address in the field below.

4 year old registration and Mom registration is filled, and

we can take no more.
