Depending on what you want to do, there are several free resources on the web.
There is a wonderful website where you can read the Bible online in seveal versions. Go to www.lifeway.com. If you choose the King James Version, it has links to the Strong and Hebrew Dictionary which can help you understand the original language meanings, whether Hebrew, Greek or other languages. This website's links can be a valuable research tool! Give it a try!
If you are looking for more resources, try Discipleship Journal. It's a publication of NavPress and has been discontinued from printing, but the past isues live on in the online website. There are many interesting artricles available through back issues and archives. You can find them at http://www.navpres.com/dj/
Bible Study Magazine has a lot of good ideas, helpful information and also ongoing studies in the magazine in which you can participate. There are copies on newsstands in larger cities, and you can also visit their website - www.biblestudymagazine.com.
If you are interested in reading some Christian classics, you can read online those volumes that have fallen into the public domain. Go to the Christian Classics Ethereal Library - www.ccel.org.
You can read The Imitation of Christ by Thomas a Kempis or maybe Practice the Presence of God by Brother Lwerence. You can also view their recommended reading list or put a title or author in their search engine.
